Other titles ordered may still be delivered in time for Christmas, but we can’t guarantee it.
If you are considering buying someone one of our books for Christmas, now is the time to do so. The deadline for guaranteed UK & US Christmas delivery is quickly approaching!
Monday 8th December 2014
Orders placed after this date may still be delivered in time to be put in stockings, but we can’t guarantee it. This applies to paperback titles only – we are unable to guarantee hardback titles. Please note that no guarantees are made where delivery is free.
Why is the deadline so early? We use a production process called print-on-demand, which means your books are printed once your order has been placed, specially for you. Unfortunately this sometimes results in increased lead times, especially around Christmas. 8th December is the date we have been given by our printers for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
What happens if your books don’t arrive before Christmas as promised? You can either request a refund of the delivery charges, or return your order to us for a full refund. However, you must contact us and await confirmation before you return your order.
